  • How do I pay for my order?  Is it secure?     I accept Paypal and the secure shopify payment provider powered by stripe that accepts all major credit/debit cards. 
  • How long until my order is shipped?                                                     We do our best to ship products out within 5-7 business days depending on the handmade nature of the product. Once it's shipped out it's up to the carrier's policy and shipping option the customer chooses on the time frame in which it will be delivered.   
  • Garment Care:  Machine wash cold, inside out, gentle cycle, lay flat to dry. Using dryer not Recommended. 
  • Does Retro Threads Co ship internationally?  Absolutely!

  • Lost, Stolen, or Misplaced Packages:                                                Once the item leaves our facility and is placed in the mailbox, liability for the package is out of our control and we are NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Purchasing package insurance is HIGHLY recommended. IF something were to happen to the package at that point it would be the shipping carrier's and/or (IF purchased) insurance responsibility to recover.
  • What is your store's exchange/return policy?                   
    We want you to be absolutely in love with your new, unique, piece! If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us, we are more than willing to help you with an exchange or refund. If you've accidentally ordered the wrong size, damaged..etc. let us know and we will be happy to assist you with an exchange!
    In the event of a refund or exchange, The customer is responsible for shipment of the item back to our facility.
